No 3D hardware found. Either drivers are not properly installed (either video driver or possibly motherboard chipset drivers), or the devices are not enabled. Run DXDIAG and look at the Display tab. Make sure DirectDraw, Direct3D, and AGP Texture are all enabled. If they are disabled and cannot be turned on then there is a hardware or driver conflict
