You will need to enable cookies to complete this process. The following instructions will help you do this:
1. Close the updater/installer.
2. Open Internet Explorer.
3. Under Tools - Internet Options
a. Privacy Tab: Make sure that Privacy settings are "Medium" or lower
b. Security Tab: Make sure that Active Scripting is set to "Enable"
4. Try the account creation process again.
If cookies are still being blocked please check for any Firewalls, IE/Virus protection toolbars, and clear your browser cache. Please make sure that you are closing the updater when you do all of this and then reopening it to try again.
