If you press "N" and look at your abilities, in the upper right corner there is an arrow you can click that will give you the option to either display only the highest rank of an ability or all ranks of an ability you have learned. This will allow you to see the lower ranks of abilities.
I have learned the second level of a special ability ie Fortify 2, I can’t seem to find Fortify 1 , is it no longer available?
