Press “F” on any pedestrian. Mugging pedestrians will often generate items which you can deliver for cash rewards. It will also increase your Notoriety level and attract the attention of the Enforces.
You get a small amount of APB$ and there is a chance of pedestrians dropping small or medium items which can be exchanged with contacts for APB$.
