We receive many tickets from players claiming that they did not receive a reward from a Joker Box.
Almost all of the time you are rewarded premium and it will not show in your mailbox if you go and check.
If you think you did not receive a reward please go back and check the remaining premium days on your account. If after checking you premium days and you did not receive a reward please submit a ticket and we will investigate the issue.
Please also note that if you did not win a Legendary item, that support is not obligated to provide one to you.
