As a player, should you run into someone that you believe to be scamming players out of hard earned money and items, you can report that to us by following the steps on how to submit a customer service ticket. We will investigate all issues brought to our attention, however, due to our privacy policy we will not be able to discuss any actions taken against another account. In order to investigate any claims we will need to know
- The name of the character being accused
- What happened
- When it happened
- On which server it happened on
- The method of communication used to perform the transaction (Whispers, Group, Team, District, etc)
- The items involved in the trade
Please note that we do not support trades for anything that is not direct ingame content and as such we will be unable to reimburse items from these kind of cases. However, we encourage you to report these players so they may be investigated.
Please also note that the marketplace used with no restrictions is considered an item sale. Customer support will be unable to assist with items that are not restricted by character name.
Please note that we are unable to accept third party sources as evidence in scam cases. This includes, but is not limited to, Steam, Skype and other programs that are not APB: Reloaded.
